Open the update
Tap the completed APK. Android should recognise the existing app and present an Update button.

Return to P77
Open our app after installation, sign in when needed and check that your usual account view loads.
UPDATE PROBLEMS
When a P77 update does not install
“App not installed”
Restart your Android phone, check storage and open the completed APK again. If Android still stops, note the exact message and continue with our troubleshooting page.
Not enough storage
Android needs working space while it prepares an update. Remove downloads or media you no longer need, then retry the P77 update.
Older Android version
Update Android from your device Settings when a system update is available. You can also try P77 on a newer Android device.
Repeated update prompt
Restart the device, set date and time to automatic, reopen P77 and compare the version shown inside the app. Our troubleshooting steps can help if the same prompt continues.
